We insulate the containers with a spray foam insulation called closed cell. 1 inch of this insulation is equivalent to 8 inches of the insulation normally used in houses
We use 2 inches on the walls and 5 inches on the ceiling. We can insulate the floors if requested by the client

For a 40 feet container, it takes approximately one month to be finished
You could, but we rather use our own, since our provider already takes care of sanding them, makes sure they are wind and water tight and primes them with anti-rust paint
If you provide your own containers, that's work that we will do ourselves, so the price will be pretty much the same.
